this show never got the respect it deserved. howard created a whole new kind of interview style. a lot of what is on the air today is because howard broke down so many barriers both with his radio show and this channel 9 show. before howard was the word penis ever used on the tonight show? hell no! now leno uses it every night! that’s just one example. i sure wish this show would be released on DVD.

I agree. Howard is no different from any performer, musician, etc. that gets a large amount of money/success. He is no longer hungry. Hunger and drive is what made that show. Now he looks at his show as a nuisance and seems to be coasting. Not good for the fans who have stuck by him all these years. Instead of talking to his shrink about how mad he is at his mommy for making him wear girl underpants in the 3rd grade,

@badderthanyou Not to beat a dead horse, but did you hear his show the other day? He bitches about going to LA to be on the Conan show saying what a pain it would be, but compalins when people won’t come on his show. He also says he does not want to cheat Sirius/XM customers by going out there. Funny coming from someone who works 4 days a week and takes numerous weeks of vacation time. My guess he doesn’t want to miss another day of therapy.

Totally. I miss the days of when he actually sat down and created skits with Fred and Robin. Set up elaborate pranks, went on campaigns against celebs. I still listen, but it’s lost it’s spark.

@badderthanyou Can’t agree with you more I listen to him on sirius and he is not the same. The show is alright but not great. He comes across now as a big hypocrite many times. Gets rid of AJ right away when he slapped John but has kept Artie after several incidents of violent behavior. Use to love his celebrity wars now he wants to be their friends like Chevy and Rosie. He use to use the N word all the time but puts down Sal when he did a prank using that word.
