I head over to MIT from Toronto to meet my hero, my maker, the intellectual demigod, Noam Chomsky, to have a brief talk about Anarchism and miscellaneous topics. Well said. Unfortunately, at least here in Britain, the answer seems to be to build more prisons and lock more people up at huge cost to the tax payer and more importantly to society.

It’s a shame more people don’t look at the problem of crime more rationally and recognize the roots of social problems, usually based on social conditions (though not discounting personal responsibility), rather than directing hatred, racism, or intolerance towards others.
