@cutemoguy yeah, i understand where your coming from, It’s like $5000, plus having a stuttering problem, makes people not want to hire you.

But your not thinking yet, sure your working at walmart and getting social security which is good, but maybe you should go to a wealthy neighbourhood and ask door to door for a contribution to your cause, I did it selling football discount cards and sold all 20 on one street, that was like $300.

I understand what you mean! They shouldn’t make speech easy that expensive! There’s no way I could afford it and it would really help in my oral presentations in college… My stuttering is not that severe, but I would love to be totally fluent… Wish I had the money! Besides I live in Ecuador… =(

Working at Walmart and being on Soc Security and having to pay all my bills plus car payment & car Insurance doesnt allow me to purchase this device. But God lord willing it will happen for me some day.

I went to the Tulsa Oklahoma University and they let me try a delay machine with me talking into a Microphone and could hear myself like a milli seconds later. I had to quit going because my church couldnt pay for my visits any more. This was helping and they were going to lend me a device like speech easy. that was back in 2004 not long before my anruyism ruptured. I wish I had money to buy this speech easy device but im not that forunate.

Conscious hard work. If you want to stop doing that you need to decide, and work on stopping it yourself. Every time you catch yourself doing it, start over and say what you wanted to say. You need to be prepared to stutter openly in front of ppl though. I’m not sure where you’re at with that? Feel free to message me if you want. =)

I don’t completely agree with your explanation, but I see what you mean. So it’s a DAF device. Cool! :o )

well people who stutter cant hear theyre voice thats why they have a block because theyre vocal cords dont relax so the fluency master has a small microphone that transmits the sound into the person who stutters ear which inturn lets them hear theyre voice and theyre vocal cords to relax

Hey! I like ur videos. & just have to but in on ur conversation.U’re both right. The secondaries can both be volentary & involentary. But the ones u develop like tapping ur foot or nodding ur head can start off being helpful, but then “stop working” & u’re stuck with another secondary like u said. & it takes a lot of work getting rid of those secondaries. Same thing goes for filler speach. The words that you use to build up to the stutter or try to avoid it; (like, you know, um, so, yeah) Agreed?

MAYBE YOU dont understand some people who stutter have involuntary spasms and make fools of them selves those are developed by habit i dont want people to watch this video and developing those habits because ive seen videos and stuff about those people and it helps at first but then the effect wears off then ur stuck with nodding ur head everytime you stutter and its back to the same that you were in the beginning stuttering for 10 seconds and nodding ur head like a idiot
